Pola Program Kepala Sekolah Berbasis Perencanaan dalam Peningkatan Mutu Sekolah

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the patterns of program planning by principals in improving school quality. The main focus of the study is on the role of principal leadership in planning and implementing programs that can enhance educational quality in schools. The methodology used is qualitative research with a literature review, covering various previous studies related to principal leadership, program planning, and their effects on educational quality. The findings indicate that principals are able to design data-driven programs, evaluate them with involvement from all school elements, and implement these programs. These programs have a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching. This study contributes to the importance of quality, showing that well-planned and effectively implemented programs can strengthen educational quality. The implication of these findings is the necessity for increased training for principals in data-driven planning, supervision, and evaluation of educational programs to achieve more optimal educational outcomes.
