Internalisasi Nilai Gotong Royong Melalui Budaya Multikultural Sekolah di Lingkungan Kampus
Abstract
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan budaya multikulturalisme di perguruan tinggi efektif menumbuhkan kembali nilai gotong royong di kalangan mahasiswa, di tengah ancaman individualisme akibat globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Internalisasi nilai tersebut berlangsung bertahap melalui ranah kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku, serta didukung oleh berbagai strategi seperti pembelajaran kontekstual, project-based learning, pembiasaan kegiatan kolektif, keteladanan dosen, dan kegiatan lintas budaya. Faktor pendorong utama adalah kesadaran personal mahasiswa, sementara hambatan utamanya meliputi penggunaan gawai yang berlebihan, kendala kelembagaan, dan perbedaan dialek. Dengan demikian, penguatan budaya multikultural berperan penting dalam menjaga jati diri bangsa sekaligus mempersiapkan generasi intelektual yang adaptif menghadapi tantangan global.
